Healthy Dark Chocolate Bites

I have a major sweet tooth, especially for chocolate! While I will splurge at times and enjoy some of the chocolate candy we all grew up with, I like to find healthier options to satisfy those chocolate craving too.

Of course as a spoonie I need recipes that are simple and easy. I love finding ideas and getting recipe inspiration on Pinterest, but I usually find a way to put my own healthy spin on them.

When making these candy bites, I chose to use local, raw honey as a sweetener, as it has a ton of health benefits. Unfortunately I was a little low on honey, so these weren't too sweet {think super dark chocolate}, but I still loved them.

They are really easy to customize and you can always taste and adjust sweetness as you go.

Now just in case you were doubtful about these being super healthy for you, below is a rundown of the health benefits of each ingredient!
